- Norman's now serving "Small Plate" dinners
(Jan 5, 2010)
Dave Norman, owner of Norman’s Prime Steaks and Seafood Restaurant in Fargo, announces that Norman’s is now serving “small plate” dinners, most priced under $19.95.
Steak and lobster, pan-fried walleye, broiled salmon, bacon wrapped scallops and tenderloins are just a few of the 10 small plate dinner choices all under $20 on the new small plates menu.
Each small plate dinner includes a main course, a side vegetable and choice of potato-scalloped, garlic mashed, or twice baked. All small plate dinners include the famous Norman’s bread basket.
“The new small plates menu is in response to women and seniors who have commented to me that they just don’t want a large meal. We are listening to our customers telling us what they want. Norman’s is typically known for large portions, so now we can offer fine dining in a small plates format to satisfy all our customers”, commented Norman.
For those diners working hard to keep their New Year’s resolutions, eating lighter and smarter, and for those who simply don’t choose the larger portions typically offered on the Norman’s traditional menu, the small plates dinners are a healthy dining option.
The presentation of the small plates meal is in the traditionally elegant “Norman’s style”, offering a good size portion of the fish or meat, with fresh green beans or other seasonal vegetable, and tasty choice of potato side dishes. Diners can choose to make their small plate dinner bigger, by choosing the optional Norman’s dinner or wedge salad. The salad is the perfect size to begin the meal, with fresh greens and flavorful dressing. Small plates can be made bigger by adding a lobster tail or a few shrimp as a la carte selections.
Small plate dinners begin as low as $12, with steak and lobster offered for only $ 19.95.
Stop in and dine in elegant style for less, while you stay healthy and happy!
